1. Authorization. The above-named client is engaging Debbie Brewer, an independent, as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing a one-page World Wide website for a fee of $150.
    
2. Standard Website Package Elements.
   1. Layout will be one-page. Page will be formatted to also Print on one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Margin adjustments on your browser may be required by the client.   This will be your default format.
   2. Photos and other miscellaneous graphic images supplied by client. You may have as many as will neatly fit on one (1) page. Normally one large and 3 small for a standard layout.
   3. The Brochure Layout described in Item 2.a above may be waived by the client in order to present a longer page and more photos (as described in 2.b).
   4. Words of text supplied by the client.
   5. Links to external pages.
   6. Minor Graphic corrections - included.
   7. Hosting  - included.
   8. Domain Name/URL - included. Domain Name will be as requested by the client if available.
   9. Site submissions to popular Web search engines - included.
       
3. Maintenance. This agreement includes web page maintenance to the original content only to make minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not including removing nearly all the text or graphics from a page and replacing it with new text or graphics.
    
4. Duration. Your site will remain active for a period of one year.
    
5. Payment of Fees. Fees to are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% upon initiating this contract, 50% when the webpage has been constructed according to the client's original written specifications.  Your Domain Name will be reserved when your deposit is received.
    
6. I reserve the right to decline any work deemed offensive or obscene.
    
7. This agreement begins with an initial payment of $75. Fees are non-refundable.
    
8. This contract may be "Printed" with hand-written signatures or Emailed for Concurrence.

The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement.
